Course Objective:
Learn the basics of using GroupWise to send mail messages
and create tasks, notes, and appointments for themselves and
others. Students will also organize the display and storage
location of these items. In addition, by using the Internet,
students will learn how to access their Mailbox to send and
receive mail messages from any computer with an Internet
connection.
Students will learn to share mailboxes, folders and
address books. They also learn to manage documents and use
the Calendar feature. In addition, they customize Groupwise
settings, use remote mail and telephone features.
Students will learn how to use the advanced features of
GroupWise to work with mail messages, as well as documents,
tasks, appointments, WebAccess, and Rules:

Customize GroupWise according to their
preferences.

Use GroupWise Instant Messenger and
participate in a discussion thread by using a shared
folder.
·
Create, share and manage documents, and use
GroupWise WebPublisher.
·
Use workflows to route, perform, and track
tasks.
·
Work with mail and documents using the Web
Access interface.
·
Create and use Rules to automate email
responses, manage resource reservations, and set access
rights.
